Sometimes, I need to get a message across to my people regarding a specific customer. It would be nice to have an area called pop-up note at the customer level. It would be just a regular text area, nothing special. There will there be a check-box that says pop-up?

When an order comes in for that particular customer, and my operators are at the order level, there should be a signal that says, customer has a pop-up note. It would be nice if you could just click a button at the order level and view the pop-up note.

Here are just some example notes of what this can be used for:

- The customer has a credit of $25 with us.
- This customer has attempted fraud in the past.
- This customer likes to write bad reviews.
- I promise free shipping for this customer on the next order.

These are just some ideas for notes.

You could get your developer to do this using the table ac_UserSettings to store the message.

Of course, I can, but it would be nice to have this built-in. My site is so heavily customized, and we both know it's not easy to upgrade.
