A client reported this and I don't really know how to verify it.
She said that the low inventory email always shows 0 for instock.

This client is on 9.0.5 and the template is OK. She forwarded me a copy of the email and it showed 0 in stock when the product had 93.Inventory level is by product. Where is the code that triggers sending the emails and populating the information? I have looked and just can't find it. Thanks

The code that triggers the email is written in the file \CommerceBuilder\Services\OrderStatusService.cs. See the code in the UpdateInventory method line#130 You can find the default event handling code in the file \CommerceBuilder\Eventing\DefaultEventsHandler.cs Line#46 Edited by user Monday, July 3, 2023 5:31:19 AM(UTC)
