I created a Vary By Quantity Ship Method but it isn't an option when purchasing any kitted product. Can you check if this is a bug? This is a 9.0.5 installation.

Hi,

Can you provide a bit more info so I can setup a similar test scenario?

Does the Kit have 1 of each component, and are each set to Shippable?

Is the Kit using the Itemized or Bundled display?

How is the Vary by Quantity Shipping Matrix setup?

Does the shipping work as expected for a non-kitted product?

It happens for me with any kit configuration no matter the number of components or their quantity. As soon as there is a kit in the shipment, the Vary By Quantity ship method isn't available.

Hi,

I tested and it works for me using the sample Kit product 'Build a new pet care package' with some options selected. If you look carefully at this product, you will notice that the kitted product(s) need to be selected. There are no shippable items in this kit unless you select them. The only product that is included in the kit by default is a downloadable/electronic good that has no shipping requirements.
