I thought I would follow directions for a change instead of trying to go by common sense for an upgrade. Our three sites in development don't show any upgrades available so there is no link to instructions. Will there be a link available for sites that were installed with a developer license?

We are in the same situation. Able Commerce Final does not show up in the list.

I went ahead and upgraded my local dev site. I used the files from release version. Then when I opened the site, configured it to run as an upgrade of current database. There were errors because the database differences weren't made, so I ran the sql script AbleCommerce_Upgrade_ACGold_AC9.SQL. That made the database adjustments. There were a lot of errors but they were only because it hadn't been a Gold database when I started. I'm still testing the site after doing this. There was an error message before I ran the sql script. I don't know if there is something missing in the language resources file or if the message is supposed to be this way. Sorry, I saved an image of the error, but can't upload it here. Kind of bad behavior for a forum. Message was "undefined:retail.error.server_error" and "undefined:retail.error.500:
