We created a 15% off order coupon. It calculates correctly in the cart, then charges the full amount (no coupon applied) to the credit card. We are running R2. Is there a fix for this in R3?

Hello Mark,

That actually is an issue we found in RC3 it sounds like, where the page isn't updated after applying a coupon. It's fixed and the new release will be available this week!

Ok, this makes a lot of sense based on what we're seeing. My question is what actions by the customer create that refresh as we are seeing a number of orders where the total charged to the credit card is correct.

Hello Mark,

If the CC form is the default payment method (1st in the list), When you apply a coupon code without doing a refresh this issue will happen. Any kind of refresh will mask the issue. In our testing, we tend to have gift certificates as the first payment method, so we apply a coupon and then click the CC payment form which refreshes the page and hides the issue.
