My customer's site has several products that are built to order and the shipping weight varies based on how the product is optioned.
How would I go about setting up a freight collect.
This is what we had on the old site: At least one item selected will require special handling. Freight shipping will be calculated and charged after the order has been received.

The freight charge shows as 0.00

I have seen sites name the shipping method something like to be determined, will contact you. Then you can add freight to the order after you know what it is and let the customer know. Otherwise, you would probably need custom code to hide the $0.00 and give a special message.
