I looked at the 9.0.5 change log and didn't find this one. Maybe it's already fixed?
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place an order that has different bill-to and ship-to address. Make sure the province is different on ship-to. 2. View the order in admin 3. Click the addresses tab to edit the order addresses
The bill-to and ship-to addresses shown both have the same province from the bill-to address. The actual ship-to province is not what you set during checkout.
