The /Controllers/MembersController has _BillingAddress with a parameter for ShowEditLink

The partial view correctly renders an EDIT hyperlink when ShowEditLink is set to true. However the link is not valid and throws a 404.

You can test this by editing /Views/Members/PayMyOrder.cshtml and setting the property to true for the Html.Action() call. Then view an order (shopper side) with no payments on it and click the Pay Order button to reach the pay-my-order page. Now click the EDIT hyperlink.
