While zipping an active dev site today, I found the following files were locked open. I expect app.log to be open, but these other logs have no need to be open all the time. Nobody has ever used the import or export feature on this site and the last data upgrade was done months ago.

\App_Data\Logs\export.log
\App_Data\Logs\import.log
\App_Data\Logs\upgrade.log
