Some hover text or page text would be very beneficial to understand what the Change link does in the SEO section of the edit-category page. Right now the only thing that happens is the TextBox control changes from yellow to white which isn't very obvious. And you still don't really know for certain what's going to happen because you clicked 'change'.

Secondary, is there any sort of bulk-update for this field? Regenerate Urls didn't do anything here.
