When editing a volume discount that has category assignments and the store has a large number of categories (> 700), editing the category assignments takes way too long to render. The tree node control being used is trying to expand all the nodes that are selected, and that makes sense. It just takes way too much time to do it on a larger install.

On my current 9.0.4 project, the page takes 23 seconds to render.
