In AC Gold the address entered in the browser always automatically resolved to the licensed domain. For example: if the license was for www.mystore.com and mystore.com was entered instead, there was an automatic redirect to www.mystore.com. I'm not seeing this in AC9 but would like to have that feature. Was this an oversight? Chrome especially has gotten very strict about CORS policy and this has caused some problems. I cannot speak on how a previous version handled it, but this should be part of the hosting company "A" record-setting.
If you make a simple adjustment in your "A" record, that should do the trick. If Ablecommerce were to handle this, would there be a conflict between Ablecommerce and the hosting site information?
Just curious -Ray

Surprised there is no response to this. This is huge from an SEO perspective. @Mazhar can you look into this please?

AbleCommerce redirects to whatever HOST was used when issuing the license. If you have a license with www part of domain name for example in CommerceBuilder.lic file Code:
<domains>
<domain primary="true">www.yourdomain.tld</domain>
</domains>
Then if you open the URL yourdomain.tld it will force you to the www.yourdomain.tld. This is the same across gold and AC9 this is not changed. As Ray suggested, you need to make sure your domain setup is as expected.
