Clicking into a page under System-->Application Pages shows all the urls as something like:
http://localhost/able9b4510test1/install/default/configure2
If it is a system url that can't be changed, showing it is confusing. All the application pages are listed under System so if they can't be changed, why show the url?

At one point it could be changed. We need to make it so merchants can't break their store first.
