Hello,

In Config/Store/General/Product Shipping Fixed Rate section, specifying a "Ship Method Name..." for either "Rate is 0" or "Rate is other than 0" modes is not being displayed in the Shipping Estimator.

The proper message displays during the final checkout, but the Shipping Estimator will always show "Shipping on Fixed Rate". This is version 9.0.3.6432
