Merchant is clicking to disable a user, which it does right away, but she is clicking save and close also, which makes sense in a way because other changes have to be saved. The error is the following- I tested on a local/unmodified page or controller also.

I am able to reproduce the issue. I am reporting this as a bug.

For now, you can save the other form settings by reloading the page again.
