Clicking on the order number link on Admin/Payments/GiftCertificateTransaction?GiftCertificateId=xxx
sends you to Admin/Order/ViewOrder?OrderNumber=xxx instead of Admin/Orders/ViewOrder/xxx

I am able to confirm the issue. This is a small typo mistake.

I am registering this as a bug.
Thanks

To resolve the issue:

1- Go to \Website\Areas\Admin\Controllers\PaymentsController.cs
2- Search for
Code:
protected string GetOrderLink(object obj)
        {
            GiftCertificateTransaction trans = obj as GiftCertificateTransaction;
            if (trans == null) return "";
            if (trans.Order == null) return "";
            return Url.Action("ViewOrder", "Order" , new { OrderNumber = trans.Order.OrderNumber });
        }

3- Replace with
Code:
protected string GetOrderLink(object obj)
        {
            GiftCertificateTransaction trans = obj as GiftCertificateTransaction;
            if (trans == null) return "";
            if (trans.Order == null) return "";
            return Url.Action("ViewOrder", "Orders" , new { OrderNumber = trans.Order.OrderNumber });
        }
