All the plugins on 9.0.3 site say : Supported Versions: 9.0.0
This leads you to believe they won't work for 9.0.3
Wouldn't it be better to just not show them as available if they aren't supported in a version?

At the moment it reflects that minimum you need 9.0.0 to run this plugin. I see your point about having only one version against supported versions label without any indication that it could 9.0.0 +. Please keep in mind that if we detect that a plugin is not compatible with your install we do show a warning label. If you are not seeing a warning label then it means plugin is compatible and should work with your install
