Upgrade from R2. If the category name has a special charscter, the url throws a 404. Décor for example.
Select-By-Products/Home-Décor/American-Pride-Throw

Url in the admin is Select-By-Products/Home-D%c3%a9cor/American-Pride-Throw

Thanks for reporting this, I am able to reproduce the issue. It seems that we do store it encoded in the database when we detect that it has special characters but when matching the incoming request we get the decoded URL. It seem to result in mismatch resulting in a 404 error, we need to further investigate it.
