1. Changing category name does not update breadcrumbs or section header text after save. Full page refresh is required to reflect the change made.

2. The 'Change' hyperlink for the category url at the bottom is in a really, really weird place. Especially on a wide monitor - it's not obvious at all what it's for or what it does. Clicking it changes the url input box from yellow to white but that's hardly noticeable. Took me three tries to finally realize what it does. Why is this even here? None of the other fields have a 'Change' link - why can't it just be an editable input box like everything else?

3. The category url input validator does not properly parse/encode a percent (%) symbol as part of the url. This results in a broken (404) category page when previewing. For example, I can save 'Fall%2020' and upon preview I get a 404. The % should not be acceptable or properly encoded.
