In Able Gold, there is a payment gateway called 'PayPal PayFlow Pro'. It uses different authentication details such as 'partner' than the regular PayPal gateway(s).

Where is that in Able v9? I installed the only PayPal payment gateway I saw from plugins. Then added the payment gateway. I'm not seeing a field for 'partner' like I do in Able Gold.

Partner Id field was part of Paypal PayFlow Pro gateway in Gold and currently, AbleCommerce is not supporting this gateway in AC9.

What are all the Able installs that use the PayFlow Pro gateway supposed to do when they want to upgrade?

Hi there,

We have opened an issue report to re-implement this older gateway in AbleCommerce 9. It originally started as Verisign Payflow Pro, so the Partner reference field is actually there for "Verisign" or "PayPal".

It is true that we didn't port over every payment gateway. Some of them are old, obsolete, or simply no longer used, so it didn't make sense to keep supporting all of them. This is mentioned in the upgrade from Gold to AC9 instructions, under the "Notable Changes" section:
