Starting 2 weeks ago, all orders paid by Paypal payment couldn't be registered as "Paid". We have to manually to 'accept' the payment.
Plus, we can NOT issue a refund because there is no refund button for that matter?!

Another issue: All payments paid by credit card will end up sending two emails from Authorized. The 1st said payment declined. The 2nd one said payment would be accepted as normal. Very strange

I really don't know what's wrong because we didn't make any change to the system.
