Starting a week ago, my system was not able to acknowledge order that was paid by Paypal. The Payment show "Unprocessed" and I have to login to Paypal to verify each transaction and click "Received Payment" to complete the order . Is it my website issue or if Paypal issue? Anyone experience the same issue or is it just me?

Can you please check your IPN history? What is PayPal seeing for notification they are sending to your website?

You right. It was disabled. Strange though because we never turned it off the IPN. Seems like Paypal changed the setting for some reason.
