I thought we agreed it wasn't a good idea to make all themes in the store dependent on the same version of bootstrap?

In 9.0.2 there's a reference to bootstrap.min.css in the /App_Start/BundleConfig.cs

Due to some constraints this improvement didn't made its way into 9.0.2.
