We have a few products that we dropship from different vendors.
Is there a way to mark those products as "ships separately" and have it calculate the shipping for that specific product in a cart that has other items in it?

Hello,

Any product that ships FROM a different physical location should be in its own warehouse. The warehouse will have its own address. So, when the shipment is sent to the carrier for a rate calculation, the warehouse address is used. This will automatically create a separate shipment for the order. You wouldn't necessarily need to use the "Ship Separately" option. Typically, that option is used for over-sized products where the dimensions of that item need to be sent to the carrier for accurate rates.
