Processing International Orders Through Admin Does Not Pull in Provinces/States

When processing an international order through the backend admin and choosing a International Country, the provinces or states that have been setup under countries and country codes does not show up. We cannot process the order due to no shipping options are available. We are only seeing US states in the drop down. We are using latest versions AC9.

I’ve tried several of our sites using several different browsers and clearing all cookies and cache but still no change. Also tried choosing country before entering customers address and after. However, the front end is working correctly for us and the customers in our case (Canada) so we know that its working, just not in the backend.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ricky,

I'm able to confirm. The states list should refresh when a different country is selected.

I will get this reported asap. If it's possible to fix without a lot of code changes, I'll post a work around here.
