Customers are getting an error message when they choose one of our shipping methods but a phantom shipping method 67 shows up in the page views. This could have been an old deleted shipping method. How do I find this so I can rid of it?

Please make sure to include your AbleCommerce version when reporting issues.
I found that you are using a really old version, Version: 9.0.1, released Oct. 25, 2019.
We are up to 9.0.9, released Oct. 10, 2023. I can't even count the number of bug fixes that we've made over 4 years, but there are a lot!
You can try to check the ac_shipmethods table to see if the method is there, however, because the database is relational, it's not advisable to manually remove records. The method should appear within the UI if it is being shown to the customers.
