Looks like FedEx has deprecated their web services API and will disable it in May 2024. See the "Caution" at the top of this page. Any chance the AbleCommerce 9 FedEx plugin will be updated to their new REST API? Someone asked the same question regarding the GOLD plugin in the forum for older AbleCommerce versions.

Hi Jay,

Yes, we already have it done, and I just announced the release of AbleCommerce version 9.0.9 here -

The FedEx "custom" integration that we offer is available. It's not available in the Ablecommerce application, but you may request it through your existing order.

Note: The Print Label feature is not yet available in the new version as it requires certification by FedEx. We will continue to work with FedEx to get certified and finally bring FedEx (and Print Labels) back to AbleCommerce.

For Gold installations:

Development on this product ceased several years ago. We will not be producing any new updates for older versions of Gold. Sorry!

In this latest release, however, we have included a new Plugin to make upgrading from AbleCommerce 7 or Gold much easier. Please see the release announcement for more info on that.
