Why are the customer notes in an HTML format?
Does this make any sense?

It should be identical to the order notes, where you could have multiple lines with specific dates stamped by users who inserted the notes.

There should be absolutely no reason why you would give a regular admin, one that processes orders, the ability to pollute the image's folder by applying images to the HTML notes.

This is not a good idea. It also would be nice if there were a way to attach something like a reseller certificate to a customer.
