I don't know if this is just something with this site because their database was so old, but I couldn't see anything in the table relationships that was different from default 9.0.6.
The shipment tab throws an error when the shipping method was deleted after it was used on an order.
Error is in the ShowVoidButton method
if (shipment.TrackingNumbers.Count > 0 this is where stepping through caused an error. I had to add code before it to make sure the shipping method wasn't null.
