It is important to note that we are not using the built-in Google Analytics widget. We are using Google Tag Manager, that had to be inserted using custom modification with some view files. I have previously brought up to support's attention that the universal analytics will no longer be supported by Google by mid next year. The trend of course is Google Tag Manager, is this something that's going to be addressed in a newer version soon? - time is running out. Could the issues that I'm having today be the results that the shopping cart information needs the universal widget to work and has issues using Google Tag Manager? I await your response since this is extremely important for us. Version: 9.0.5 - YES e-commerce tracking checkbox is checked Thanks, -Ray Small Update: analytical information is being received, only the ecommerce information is not. Hi Ray,
In the upcoming release, we have added a new feature implementing Google Analytics 4.
For the e-commerce tracking: just to make sure. - the data is sent from the receipt page after the successful checkout process. - it may take some time for the data to appear on the google analytics dashboard. Usually, it takes up to 24 hours.

It's been over 3 weeks and no information is coming in, the question would be on the checkout page are you requiring the built-in and outdated Google structure to transmit the information?
Why would Google Tag Manager, a better solution, transmit analytical information and not e-commerce information in Able?
Also, I am assuming for us Cloudflare users, that putting the analytical code on an edge server will function for both analytical and ecommerce?
Thanks, this is extremely important for us. -Ray

Update information.
We have removed Google Tag Manager for now, which also included the analytical portion. We have gone back to the default of Ablecommerce and all seems to be working. In a few days I will transfer the analytic portion code to the edge server at Cloudflare, every little bit of resource helps for speed.
Since we are still on version 9.05, moving to 9.06 in the next 30 days, we will move to the G4 once we upgrade to 9.07. We like to be one version behind.
If we need to reintroduce Google Tag Manager, we will do so without the analytic portion in the code and strictly rely on G4, once we're running 9.0.7.
Hope this helps others.
