Add an inner template. Set basic info, click Save.

Now Layout and Content tabs render. Click Layout, add a -12 and create a "Main" zone.

Now click Content tab.

There's no zone to add widgets to even though I just created a zone in the Layout tab. You have to click Save first, then the drag-drop zone renders and I can add a widget.

Content tab should update to reflect changes I've made in the Layout tab without having to Save first. Or I should be forced to Save when switching to Content tab (not ideal imho).
