When creating custom functionality for the AC9 in a plugin, we found the need to utilize Admin helpers such as Grid.cs, PagerHtmlExtensions.cs, etc. Most of these helpers and extensions do not depend directly on AbleCommerce_WAP, and feel like they might be better suited for CommerceBuilder.Web. We're trying to avoid having our plugin depend on the AbleCommerce_WAP project.

1) It creates a circular dependency (though it doesn't complain because of how plugins are injected at runtime)
2) We will have multiple sites using it and we don't want to have DLL mismatches (e.g. Plugin depends on AC9 Website A to access aforementioned features, Plugin then installed to AC9 Website B)

For the time being, I am creating copies of helpers and dropping them in the plugin code base. What are other folks doing?
