The country Netherlands Antilles (AN) was dissolved back in 2010.

Probably should make a fresh pass through the list of countries and provinces included with Able data. A lot has changed around the globe over the past several years.

I only noticed it because Avalara is complaining that 'AN' is an invalid country code. And they're right.

I finished going through the list and we ended up with 25 name changes, 1 country deleted, and 10 added.

These will be part of the next version, but if anyone wants the SQL updates for each, let me know.
