How are new plugin versions supposed to work? I set up my build process to bundle the plugin into a zip and drop the zip into the Plugins folder. Once in a while, clicking "Refresh" on the plugins page will install/load the new version of the plugin. But most of the time I have to uninstall/re-install the plugin and recycle/restart the application.

When you add a new plugin zip, Refresh button will make the new plugin available for install.
When you update a plugin and place the zip in plugins folder, you need to essentially restart the application. This can also be achieved by install/uninstall.
