If the Image Lookup featured is enabled and a match is found, is the Image Url saved in the ac_ProductImages table? If so, when does this happen?

The image URL is saved in the ac_ProductImages table when you add a gallery image for the product from the merchant admin. The image lookup feature grabs the image from the file path i.e. /Assets/ProductImages folder based on the matched SKU.
