Is there a way to configure Webpage URL settings like we do for Categories and Products?

I was expecting to see a Webpage URL Settings section under Configure => SEO => Settings. Would also expect a Rebuild Webpage URLs button on that page similar to Categories and Products.

I think you are referring to content pages, you can change the URL under the basic tab. Content pages are pretty much the only thing in Ablecommerce that do not require a category, although you can assign one if you wish.

Because of this, a rebuilt webpage URL would not work if the category is not assigned.
