Please confirm before logging.

I restored a live db to my local dev environment, spun up the site and went to security/encryption settings. I restored the encryption key, that worked exactly like it should. There is minor typo in the confirmation text after the key is restored, no biggie.

I went to configure/carriers, checked the UPS carrier credentials and they were still missing.

I restarted the app pool, refreshed the ups carrier settings page and now the credentials appear.

Joe, I just did a test and confirmed that the shipping gateway configurations are loaded after the application is restarted. Thanks for pointing that out!
