We need the ability to accept Bitcoin and Crypto. Are there plans to support such a gateway or can you do this currently with the PayPal gateway? If so, how is it enabled?

Hi Brant,

This is a request we don't see too often. It's not in a future plan at this time.

I'm told that it's mainly used for the selling of goods or services that regular payment gateways won't accept.

We use Paypal, so I'm going to check our account and see if it's offered yet.

I found this article that indicates it's something they are planning, or maybe have already done....

I hear that PayPal offers it also but I did not see the option to enable it within AbleCommerce. Maybe the plugin needs an update?
