Navigate to Configure/Security/System Settings/

Change anything. Click Save Settings.

No visual confirmation settings were saved. Page does not refresh. Console shows 404 error on the postback response.

Changes do appear to persist, but something is broke probably attempting to refresh the page after save is complete.

I can't reproduce this issue, but please make sure there are values for file upload filters (images, themes, and digital files).

I'm seeing same issue in different areas. I don't think it's a page-specific issue.
