I have noticed since the New Year started that the UPS quoted pricing for customer orders is significantly lower than what I am charged when I go to ship the order through my UPS account.

I am losing on average, $20 on a big order and $5 on orders under $25.

Has there been a update from UPS that is not included in the latest Able version?

Hi,

We get the prices from UPS, so something may have changed on their end. There are some options within the Able /UPS config page, so you can use "Retail" rates that should match what is quoted by their own website.

We have made no changes in the code and I'm not aware of any UPS API changes. Any pricing changes typically are not calculated through the code, but rather on the UPS side. We just send in the package information along with addresses to/from to get back a rate.
Thanks for your support!
