We're getting lately these warnings "New Product snippets structured data issues detected for centrodyne.com" and by clicking on the "Fix Product snippets structured data issues" button it redirects us to the Google Search Console page with items on the "Improve item appearance" panel (See the screenshots). The "priceValidUntil" is optional and your product rich results are valid.
This has a specific purpose, and is used for sales, discounts, or other temporary price reductions.
I tested using a product special with an expiration date on the price. When a price expiration is in effect, our code is not passing the value as expected. I will report this as a bug, but keep in mind, this would only apply to a temporary price.
It does not appear that your store has implemented pricing that expires. That being said, these warnings are really just optional.

What about fields like "aggregateRating", "Review", "hasMerchantReturnPolicy" (in "offers"), "shippingDetails" (in "offers")? Anywhere in AbleCommerce to change them?

Hi,
I'm not sure I understand the question. These are not configurable properties from the UI.
"aggregateRating" is available if you have a product review.
"hasMerchantReturnPolicy" and "shippingDetails" are not features we have available on a per-product basis.
If you are looking to provide more in-depth attributes, you may need to think about customizations.
These are the files to look at:
\Website\Views\Product\_ProductSchema.cshtml
\Website\Models\ProductSchemaModel.cs
We do have forum where you can request features as well.
