We have a client trying to set up some USPS international shipping rates. They have tried this address for example.

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar,
1 Baha Mar Blvd,
Nassau, Bahamas

There are two issues:
AC is requiring a zip code, but Bahamas doesn't have zip codes. In the AC admin, Bahamas is not listed as a country requiring zip codes, so why is AC requiring one? Or am I misunderstanding the settings?
USPS log shows Invalid State Code and of course, their site isn't any help. Any suggestions?

I'll have to install USPS shipping to confirm if international rates will appear or not.

It does look like Bahamas should be included in the Store Settings for "Non Postal Code Countries"

It might take me a few days, but I'll try to do some testing with the address you gave and see if I can any different results.

Thanks, Katie. I went ahead and turned on all the International Priority methods and did get rates on some of them.
I am seeing two USPS logs- U.S.Postal Service.Log and USPS.Log. One of them has the invalid State error message and the other one shows rates!
