You can't really do that, because they are one-way encrypted. You need to use the forgot password functionality to change the one in question.

I tried reset password in Install directory. However, I get 404 file not found when I access Install directory.

ResetAdmin key value=true

I tried reset password using forgot password but I don't get a email.

Append the store URL with =

/install/resetadmin
