When I unzipped the 9.0.9 source, I see the following issues:
1. The Lib folder does not contain CommerceBuilder.Web.dll. This causes reference errors in projects in the IntegratedProviders solution.
2. The Integrated Providers solution does not have the UPSOAuth project listed.
I was able to resolve these issues by building the CommerceBuilder.Web project in the CommerceBuilder solution and adding the UPSOAuth project to the Shipping folder (right-click > Add > Existing Project...) of the IntegratedProviders solution.
