Hi, one of my staff called me saying she was trying to create an order, and it would not progress beyond the address page.

I looked in the logs and found this:

I then looked at what she was entering, and quickly discerned the company name was too long. I had to remove some "excess" characters that would allow it to still be valid, and she was able to get to the next step of the order.

The software should more gracefully handle this? If nothing else, the user input fields should enforce the field length limits of the underlying fields in the database?
