We have a 907 site using Braintree PayPal Express and he says that the payments are leaving out the city. They don't have source code, so even if I could fix the bug, I couldn't fix it. Can someone check? Thanks

Hi Judy,
I have spent many many hours trying to troubleshoot this issue. If it's the same customer who sells brewing products, then I don't have an answer for you. He opened a ticket and I was never able to reproduce it. The last I remember, I asked him to contact Braintree and try to get some information regarding the transaction logs. No one else has ever reported the issue and I could never reproduce or understand why it's not consistently happening.
I even opened a bug report and asked the devs to look into the code. They found nothing to indicate why it's not working. |
