Hello Katie,

Just a question regarding your announcement on new plugin coming for Quickbooks I assume on a future release or be downloadable?

Also, will this plugin be applicable to certain versions of QB's or all versions including Enterprise?

Last, will this plugin work for both on premises or just for QB's cloud applications?

Great to see this new update.

Hello,

The integration will be with QuickBooks Web Connector.

QuickBooks Web Connector 2.2.0.34 and newer versions will only work with the following versions of QuickBooks:

  • U.S. editions of QuickBooks Financial Software products
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions (2015 or later)
  • QuickBooks Premier (2015 or later)
  • QuickBooks Pro (2015 or later)
  • Canadian editions of QuickBooks (2015 or later)
  • UK editions of QuickBooks (2015 or later)


QuickBooks Web Connector 2.2.0.34 and newer versions support TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.

The project is just getting started, so I don't have an expected date of release. It will be part of the next version.

Can I have early access or info or something like that as a developer?

I ask because I already integrated the QB connector code into our AC code base. Obviously I have to figure out how to use the official one once it's out.
