Hi, I just saw this in the error log: -- Provider threw exception on DoRefund. Exception: Signature Credential arguments cannot be null Stack Trace: at PayPal.SOAP.MerchantAPICallPreHandler..ctor(Dictionary`2 config, IAPICallPreHandler apiCallHandler, String apiUserName, String accessToken, String tokenSecret) at PayPal.PayPalAPIInterfaceService.PayPalAPIInterfaceServiceService.RefundTransaction(RefundTransactionReq refundTransactionReq, String apiUserName) at CommerceBuilder.Payments.Providers.PayPal.PayPalProvider.DoRefund(RefundTransactionRequest refundRequest) at CommerceBuilder.Payments.PaymentEngine.DoRefund(RefundTransactionRequest request) -- These are the only details I have currently. Hi Charles, This error "Signature Credential arguments cannot be null" probably means you are missing API credentials. To process refunds using Paypal, you must have configured the API username, password, and signature issued by PayPal. For more information on how to do this, see, http://help.ablecommerce...%2FGateways%2FPaypal.htm Follow the steps in the section "Obtain your API Credentials" and enter those in the Paypal configuration page within AbleCommerce. Please let me know if this fixes the problem. |
Thanks for your support!

I was able to find the API information in our account. FYI the instructions in your doc no longer match what PayPal has. I had to poke around quite a bit before I found what AC is requesting. Thanks. Charles
