We noticed that the inventory is not deducting completed purchases from the inventory total. Attached are screenshots showing our settings. We have inventory enabled and entered for the product variants. As a test I purchased 10 of one of the variants which should have took the inventory to 0. Instead it is still showing 10 available. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Check your order statuses and see which ones are set to Destock.

Thanks for the reply! All of my orders show the status as "Captured."
I do not see any that show as "Destock."

Although I cannot speak for gold since I've never used it, I believe Judy is talking about order statuses, not payment statuses.

Go into your order status settings, and check to see what your inventory action is. This should determine whether something is removed from inventory based on the order status. Unless you have an order status called "captured" and the inventory action is set to Destocked, nothing should be removed.
