I'd like to change to change the font for the entire store in one place, is it possible? How do I change the font for the header navigation or menu light?

The best way to do this is by changing it in your custom theme file. Go to your custom theme directory and under the content directory either modify or create a new custom.css file.

Enter your custom stylesheet settings here, and they will override the defaults.
